These DLLs are designed to solve the problem of the inoperability of SDR RTL receivers on modern motherboards with USB 3.0 USB 3.1 running Windows 7 x64. (chipsets B350, X470 and others, for processors Ryzen, i7, i9, etc.)

Installation procedure

1. Connect the receiver to the USB port, go to the device manager.

2. If Windows has installed the drivers, remove them. Remove the receiver. Insert again. In the device manager, there should be two Bulk-In, Interface, with yellow signs, that is, without drivers. If the drivers still stand (no yellow icons), remove them until they disappear. If the icons are yellow - remove the receiver and be sure to restart the computer.

3. Reconnect the receiver to the USB port.

4.1 Download the Zadig 2.4 program from here https://zadig.akeo.ie/downloads/

4.2 Start the Zadig 2.4 program and install the WinUSB driver to "Bulk-In, Interface, (Interface 0)", you do not need to install the driver on (Interface 1).

5. After successful installation of the driver, close Zadig, remove the receiver and be sure to restart the computer again.

6. Insert the receiver again and select which receiver control program you will use:

- If HDSDR, then download it here http://www.hdsdr.de
- If SDRSharp, then download it here https://airspy.com/download/ (Windows SDR Software Package)

7. Download and install the receiver control programs you need, run them. They will not see your receiver, this is normal.

8. Start the task manager, go to the processes and look at the process of the receiver control program. If it has (* 32) at the end of the name, then you need to use the DLL files from the x86 folder, if (* 32) it is not, then from the x64 folder

9. Close the receiver control program. Now you need to place the corrected DLLs in their directories.

- For SDRSharp move to the root directory with the replacement of rtlsdr.dll
- For HDSDR, move to the root directory two files rtlsdr.dll and ExtIO_RTL_USB3.0-3.1.dll at once

10. Start the program, they will see your receiver.
